Rental Policies

Similar but not identical units may be assigned at the last moment based on unforeseen circumstances, typically maintenance issues ie.. air condition broken, water leak. Rates are based on available beds in the unit. The maximum occupancy includes the use of the living room for up-to 2 additional persons. Additional beds are $30.00 per day per person.

The properties are adult and family oriented vacation resorts and they do not tolerate rowdy guests that create a continuous disturbance or threat to any other guests.

Each condo comes with the appliances and amenities as listed. Please familiarize yourself with all the amenities and services provided (see below).

Making Reservations and Payments

Reservations may be made by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card) and Paypal. Upon approval 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. The balance is due (30) thirty days prior to your arrival date. This balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If the balance is not approved we will attempt to contact you in order to select an other method of payment. Failure to make the balance payment within two days from notification will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit on file. We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. All rates are in US Dollars. In cases where the arrival date is less than (30) sixty days your credit card will be charged the total amount.

Buigas Travel does not collect any money from the hotel guest. We contact the hotel and make your reservations based on the rates we negotiated.  They will send you out a deposit email with the options to make the payment to confirm the reservation.

Payment Policy

Reservations may be made by major credit cards; American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Paypal. When booking a reservation with a check in date more than 60 days before the check in date, a payment of 50% will be required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically collected 31 days prior to the check in date. A reservation booked with a check in date less than 60 days from the check in date will be required to be paid in full. Reservations with a check in date more than 90 days from the check in date will be offered an additional 10% discount non refundable option and must be paid in full.

Cancellation/Change Policy

A reservation can be cancelled or changed with no fee until 15 days prior to the check in date. Reservations 14 days or less to the check in date can not be changed and are non refundable. Holiday reservations that include December 25 or January 1 can be cancelled or changed with no fee until 31 days prior to the check in date. Reservations 30 days or less to the check in date can not be changed and are non refundable.

Security Deposits

Refunds for cancellations will be processed specifically as outlined. Sorry no exceptions and cancellation fees are strictly enforced. To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of GOD, Etc., we recommend you purchase Trip Insurance to insure a refund of your deposit.

Check in and Complimentary Late Departure Check Out Services

Check in is after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early we can secure your luggage until your condo is ready. Check out is at 12:00 PM. For late departures our fitness club can secure your luggage and provide you with lockers, showers, towels and toiletries so that you can enjoy the remainder of the day and freshen up for your return trip.
